A dynamic performance by Latin Energy features the hot dance moves of several of the most exciting happy ballroom dancing styles from Brazil, Argentina, Venezuela, and Puerto Rico including the Salsa, Tango, Cha Cha, Samba, and Merengue. Their performances are renowned to be full of energy and elegance, with many fast and acrobatic movements such as lifts, back flips, and tricks making all their shows an unforgettable experience that is entertaining for all! Vanesa Stay started the Latin Energy dance company in 2002. The dancers quickly established themselves as the premier Latin dance troupe in Toronto. The dancers have won first place in over 25 competitions around the world including the prestigious Vice World Champions at the Miami World Salsa Federation Championships. They have been featured in many TV SHOWS, commercials & movies such as “Take the Lead” movie staring Antonio Banderas , “Party Mamas” TV show on Slice TV, “Style by Jury” Makeover TV show on W Network. Recently Latin Energy toured across Canada with Blackberry, performing for the launch of the new “Blackberry Bold”.
